The Description about My Close Friend
I have a
close friend. She is Neti Anggela. We call her Angel, but her family calls her
Neti. Neti Anggela is a name that gave by her parents. Neti was a word that her
parents took from Al-Kitab which has means someone in Al-Kitab. Meanwhile
Anggela has means an angel. Angel has a name in China too, that is Yang Mie
Qie. Angel was born on March, 16th 1994. She is a Chiness girl. All of people
maybe have known that Angel is a Chiness girl, because she has slanting eyes, a
nose that not pointed, white skin, and tall body. Her father is a generation
from RRC, his name in China is Yang Djien Ie. Her mother is a generation from
Singapore, her name is Tan Kiem Hwa. Her
father is working in surabaya as an entrepreneur, and her mother is an owner of
Flower Laundry at Kertosari, Banyuwangi. She has ten employers to help in her
company. Angel is the third child from 3 children of her parents. She stay in
her home at Jl Ikan Arwana, Kertosari, Banyuwangi, with her mother, her cousin,
and a baby sitter. She has two sister, the first sister’s name in China is Yang
Lie Zhu, and the second sister is Yang Mei Lie. All of them was married and
don’t stay with Angel and her mother in the home. Angel has a cousin. His name
is Shavier. He is a child from one of Angel’s sister. His mother is working at
airport in other province. So ,he is brought up by a baby sitter in Angel’s
home. Angel has so many hobbys, those are travelling, swimming, reading,
sleeping, take a selfie, and many others. There is a hobby of Angel that very
silly I think, it is every she feels nervous, she always want to go to toilet,
sometimes she wants take a dump, and sometimes she wants take a lake, and her
nervous is loose after that. However, Angel is one of my friend who always
close with me.

HOW TO MAKE ALL OF STUDENTS BE ACTIVE IN THE CLASS ?
Students are the people who get
knowledge that is transferred by the teacher. The students will receive the
lesson well if they understand about what is the teacher teach to. But, not all
of students can do it. There are the active and non active students in the
class. The students who can receive the lesson from the teacher well are the
active students. Because the active students will be brave to show up
themselves in the class about what they have gotten. And for the non active
students, they will just hear about what the teacher teach, without the teacher
know whether that students can understand or not about the lesson. Because
usually, when the students have understood about the teacher said, they will
connect with the teacher, for example, they will ask a question for the teacher
about what lesson they do not understand, and they will answer if the teacher
give them some questions. Those are what
the active students doing in the class, it is so different with non
active students. So, the teacher have to find some ways to ward of this
problem. The teacher can give the students an motivation first, then give them an
interesting teaching, and make a communication with them. Those are some ways that can be applied by the
teacher to make the students be active in the class.
Everyone
need some motivations in their life.
Because motivation is the supporter for the people who want to get
something, included the students. Although the students should have their own
motivation in themselves, they have to get some motivations from the others
too, from the parents, the teacher, and the others. Besides to teach, the
teacher is a motivator for the students too. The teacher have to give some motivations for
the students, to get more enthusiasm in learning. So, they will try to get
something they want because the
motivations from the teacher. Make sure that the students understand about how
important being an active students, so they will try to make themselves be
having the activeness in the class. Motivation that can given by the teacher to
the students is not only through the speech of teacher, but also through the
act of teacher itself. The teacher who has activeness will be bring the urge of
students up to be like the teacher. And, will be better if the teacher doing
both of them, those are giving the motivation through speech and show the
action at the same time.
The
students are the donor of knowledge who will be bored in the class sometimes.
They will be tired, they will be sleepy, these are a very common things that
happen in the classroom. It is impossible if teaching learning can run well.
Because the students will never getting knowledge when we are bored, tired,
sleepy, and others. And it is a difficulty for the teacher to teach. The
teacher have to be responsible to take in hand this problem. They have to
provoke the spirit of the students, so the student will be not bored more. The
students will be always follow the teaching learning if they are interested
with it. In the other hand, if the teacher can teach with interesting teaching,
it can be provoke the spirit of students to learn, and they are not be bored or
sleepy more. Many ways that can applied by the teacher to create the
interesting teaching in the class, such as teaching with a game, teaching
through technology like using computer, and create the teacher own way to
teaching like an own funny ways, and many new ways more that can be found and
can be applied by the teacher in the classroom. Besides it can be remove the
students’ bored, it will be make an activeness of students. Because the
students will be get their spirit if they get something they like. So, the
teacher have to make the class be very interesting for the students.
The
obligation of teacher is to transfer the knowledge for students. So, the teacher
have to make sure that all of students receive the lesson well. But, as the
teacher, not enough if just tell or give explanation about the lesson to
students without the teacher know whether the students can receive it or not.
So, when the teacher is explaining, the teacher have to communicate with some
students, especially to the non active students. Communication between the
teacher and students will be make the students follow the learning process well,
and it provoke the activeness of students too, because it is training the students
to be brave to speak in the class. And when the teacher finished the
explanation, give them some questions to know how far they understand the lesson.
Communication that doing by the teacher in the class is not only about the
lesson seriously, because it will be make the students be bored, but also the
teacher can communicate with some jokes, it will be provoke the interesting of
students to learn too.
There
are many varieties of students in the classroom that the teacher know exactly.
Active and non active students are very common things that the teacher find in
each class very often. But, transfer the knowledge is something which the
teacher should do. So, the teacher have to do everything that can make the
teaching learning process run well. One problem that can obstruct the learning
process is about the students who can not receive the lesson well. So, the
teacher should be have full of trying to make them can receive the lesson well,
with some ways that can be found and can be applied by the teacher with the teacher
own ways. Although it is not too easy, however the teacher have to do the best
ways to give best for the students, so the teacher and the students will get
the purpose of the teaching learning, it is the students be good receiver.

Recently
with the implementation of Curriculum 2013 raises some pros and cons . This is
due to government policy is not made in accordance with expectations and the
real conditions on the ground . The teachers designated as curriculum
implementers are confused by the implementation of this curriculum in 2013 .In
practice , the implementation of the curriculum in 2013 , many teachers found
few complaints . Some complaints can be known through the teacher resources are
compiled in the following explanation : First, teachers difficulty in understanding
the core competencies ( KI ) and the Basic Competency ( KD ). Second, teachers feel less trained to implement
Curriculum 2013 in activity of learning. Third, the existence yet syllabus
final causes difficulty in making RPP. And the foorth is complaints about the
sequence of lessons. In fact , because of differences in ability and knowledge
of teachers , not all teachers are able to develop learning activities that can
facilitate students to observe phenomena that occurred related to the lesson
material . This is one of them which is a bottleneck in the
implementation of the 2013 curriculum Therefore , it is necessary for
each school held activities : first, lesson study or workshop that
discusses how learning activities that are intended to teach the
curriculum in 2013 .The second is the meeting between the schools that
have implemented the curriculum in 2013.
Get a Job or Get a Knowledge ?

There
is a mostly question for young generations when they have graduated from their
Senior High School. What will
they doing then ? get a job or get a knowledge first ? Young generations should
have to get a knowledge before they get a job. There are many reasons why young
generations should have to get knowledge before. First, knowledge is a
provision to get a job. For the young generations who want to have an
appropriate job with their skill, will be decide to get a knowledge before. For
example for man who want to be a doctor.
He have to prepare himself and get a knowledge about it, so he can be a
professional doctor later. Very impossible if there are people who want to be a
doctor but they don’t learn how to be doctor. Second, knowledge give is more
than a job. With knowledge, beside we will get a job which we want, we will
also proud of ourselves. We can help ourselves and other people with our
knowledge. And we will never wooden headed by the other. And usually, the
people who have a good knowledge will be respected by the other. The other
reason is that a job is one of the target of getting knowledge. So, As a young
generation, will be better if get a knowledge first before getting a job.

One of fun ways in teaching learning is
through technology. The usage of technology in teaching is going to make the
attractiveness of the students. The teacher can create their creativity and the
students will be more active in the class. Scientists have shown that teaching
through technology can make students be fun and they can improve their
activeness in the class than teaching with some books and pen only.
There are some elements of technology that teacher can use
in teaching, such as using video, audio, or using social media. The teacher
show the video to the students to improve their listening, speaking, and
reading if there are some words in that video. Same with audio, the students
can improve their listening with it. The teacher also can teach the students
through social media like facebook or blog, so the students not spend their
time with things which not important in social media, but exactly they use it
for study too.
Technology also can make the students be able to make their
own tutorial, and its make the students be creative too. The teacher can give a
task for the students to looking for some information on the internet. So, it
will be make the students get more knowledge from the internet. And they can
share what they found about lesson on the internet with the teacher and their
friends in the class. Its make the students be creative and can learn by
themselves in home.
It is obvious that the teaching through technology is need
and make a fun in the class. It helps them improve their skills. Teaching
through technology make an activeness , attractiveness, and not feel bored in
the class.

Some of people considered that technology is their
friend. Because technology is always accompany them every day, even every time.
Technology makes them be busy and spend so much time with it, start from
children, adults, and old people. When parents give a technology like a gadget
or laptop to their children, they will always playing with their gadget. So,
when parents call them and ask to help, they might be refuse the parents
asking, because they are busy with the gadget. So, parents will be feel that
their children don’t want to accompany them. We can see on television or in our
own real life. First, when our parents are sitting in the living room to take a
rest and want to enjoy the time with lovely family together, we will rather to
play our gadget in our room than come to the living room to accompany them. Although
we are sitting beside in our parents, we will prefer play our gadget certainly
to spend our time with have a talking with them. Second, if we have long
distance relation with our parents. When we miss them and very want to meet
them, even when we have a problem and we need a solution from our parents
especially our mother, and she don’t have many time to come to us and hear our
talk, they might be prefer activate the 3G to talk via mobile phone only to
meet with us, although we feel that will be better if we meet face to face. It
can be happen with ourselves too, when our parents want to meet us, might be we
will just call them or send a short message than come to their place and meet
them. It can be happen in our relationship with our beloved. Then, for woman
who usually visited by her beloved every Saturday night, it is once a week,
might be will be visited just once in two week or even until once a month. Because
when her beloved feel miss her so much, he will call her or activate his 3G to
talk and can see the face one another, it can makes the man loose his missing
to the woman, and of course it will makes the woman feel so lonely. Because we
know that woman is more happy when she can meet her beloved than just talking
via mobile phone. If some special people in our life can’t there for us, we
might be posting our talk in social media, then many people accompany us via chatting,
finally we will be more busy with our gadget, it will be happen more and more.
So, no time for us to do other important activities, and we will think that
just technology can accompany us every time. In the same problem, when we are
in the classroom, when the lecturer is explaining the lesson, we just look at
the lecturer who is standing in front of the class and sometime just hear what
is spoken by the lecturer. But in fact, we don’t understand what a mean of the
lecturer present. It is because when he or she is explaining, we also play our
gadget such as open message, social media like facebook, blackberry messenger,
even any pair the headset to listening a music at the same time. Technology is
make us missing everything important in our life, especially a time. A time for
our parents, for our friends, for our beloved, and the important one is our
time to study. So, don’t make a technology be our friend, because we will
loosing our real friend in our life.
